Preamble
ADMC Digital Library is an integrated set of services for capturing, cataloging, storing, searching, protecting, and retrieving information, which provide coherent organization and convenient access to typically large amounts of digital information. Digital libraries are realizations of architecture in a specific hardware, networking, and software situation, which emphasize organization, acquisition, preservation, and utilization of information.
Description
The ADMC Digital Library project aims expand access to scholarly digital content for every student, faculty and staff of the college. Implementing a comprehensive Digital Library will provide ADM college with a component that is essential for its strategic positioning as a world-class system. The digital library provides access to scholarly journals, e-books, and articles.
Digital Library was successfully launched in the college on 11th May 2009
